Return and Exchange Policy
Our preferred customers’ satisfaction is our important goal. Through our friendly return process,
you can return or exchange any unopened or damaged items with original packages within 14 calendar days of receipt date. Shipping
cost on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Packaging closure on merchandise must not be detached in order to prove the
merchandise is unopened. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
In the event that you find
our products to be defect or damaged, please accept our apology and contact us immediately.
